Yes — cancel from your subscription page after signing up in one click. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period (no refunds for unused days, but no surprise renewals either), and you can reactivate anytime before that date with no charge or interruption.
Yes, but you can swap your county selection at most once per sale cycle (Texas trustee sales fire the first Tuesday of every month). This keeps the data scope predictable for alerts and saved searches.
Anytime, from your subscription page after signing up. Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe invoices the prorated difference; downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing period so you keep your current plan's features (and the counties you've already picked) through the end of the cycle. You can cancel a pending downgrade anytime before it takes effect.
Every notice is extracted from the original Trustee Sale PDFs filed with each Texas county. Confidence scores tell you how complete the extraction was, and the source PDF is one click away on every detail page.
Direct REST API access and custom webhook delivery are part of the Enterprise plan — contact sales to discuss volume, integration target, rate limits, and SLA terms. The self-serve plans (Starter, Professional, Statewide) cover the in-app experience with quick CSV export everywhere and a bulk export workspace (CSV or structured JSON) on Professional and above, but don't include programmatic access.
